New Online Permissions Request Form

In order to streamline the process for requesting permissions for the new county websites, we've created an online form to fill out with the information we need for each request.

You can find the new online request form at http://www.ag.ohio-state.edu/~coplin/request/account.php. All users should fill out the request form regardless of if they've already requested permissions or not. As we discovered an inaccuracy in how the permissions were stored, we need to ensure that all accounts that have been given permissions will keep all those that are required permissions.
